One line on your site and it answers customers from a fact sheet you write — your prices, your hours, your area. Ask it something you never wrote down and it says so and takes a message. The difference from every other website chatbot is that nothing it says is trusted: it has to name which of your facts it used, and every number, email address and link in the reply has to appear in one of them or in what the customer just said. A reply that fails is never shown — the customer gets your own wording instead and the question goes on a list called “worth writing down”, which is your customers telling you what is missing from your website.
